If you have a problem with a service provided by Swag Bookkeeping, we undertake to fix the  problem within 14 days from the time of your notice.

Please email us at info@swagbookkeeping.com.au with details of the problem to be addressed.

If it is established that the problem with the service provided by Swag Bookkeeping is a major problem that cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, we will refund the cost of the service within 14 days.
